Design Brief / Features:FMTraining.co.uk was outsourced to acuteFX Design by geeksource. Fraser Murray (fmtraining.co.uk owner) wanted the website to instruct his clients via exercise programmes and member-exclusive videos. acuteFX Design created the website to be controlled via CMS, so Fraser could easily add articles, text, images etc without any programming know-how.

Small Mags
|
Design Brief / Features:Small Mags runs several business directories in the Leicestershire area and the Small Mags website was to be a joint development between acuteFX Design and Small Mags to help spread brand awareness. The website has been made to run efficiently within search engines and the contact form featured on each page is spam-protected.

Design Brief / Features:Another example website designed with a sporty car dealership in mind. Flash animation would be incorporated within the design to allow the front-page centre image to cycle through other images. A full version can be found HERE!

Fruitbox Photography

Design Brief / Features:Fruitbox Photography is a small photography group in Loughborough. A simple website was to be designed in Flash, and images are to be shown within a gallery section as well as on either side of the website. A feature to be able to send email via this Flash website must also be included.

Design Brief:This motorbike was traced and coloured for a website, but an actual photograph was used instead. Several hundred straight and curved lines were drawn to create this image.

Design Brief:A treasured family picture came to us with rust damage, creases, staining and fading. acuteFX Design restored the picture, re-creating part of the models face and hat and removing all other stains and marks.

Design Brief:An example of our subtle portrait Manipulation. The model's skin, hair and eyes have all been touched up, contrast on facial features have been adjusted as well her jaw line. The background has also been darkened to aim more focus on the model. Original image taken by Miles Eliason.

Design Brief:Another example of our Photo Manipulation. Using several images taken from Stock.XCHNG, we created this scene ideal for online or offline artwork.

Photo Restoration #2
|
Design Brief:This picture of the late Doug Coates (Grandfather to Tom Allen - acuteFX Design's Director) has been restored to its former glory. Holes on the photograph have been removed along with stains, fading and general 'wear and tear'.

Design Brief:After general wear and tear, many pictures will develope small cracks and scratches. This picture unfortunatly had a crease right through the models face, but after a little work can now be displayed as if new again!
